Card Radio with input by SuckUK

Some people would say we’ve already missed the boat on this, and some will say its never too late to miss a boat, in many ways it doesn’t matter, since this article is nothing to do with boats but in the midst of man-made Armageddon, its time we all started to design, manufacture, and consume more responsibly. With this in mind we’ve teamed up with designer Christopher McNicholl and produced our first cardboard radio. The internals are housed in a simple card structure which can be recycled at the end of the products life.

The radios form is simple and concise and adds to its no nonsense appeal which is a shame, since we can no longer roll out all the bad puns we had planned.

Resembling the look of a hardcover book this battery and DC powered radio has two knobs for volume and tuning. Next to the knobs is your speaker, and just above that is an antenna. On the side is your input for your MP3 player, iPod, iPhone with input lead included as well as the DC adapter outlet. DC adapter not included.
