Barcelona Chair & Ottoman

The Barcelona Chair designed by Mies van der Rohe Based on the scissors-shaped chair that symbolised power in the ancient world, the Barcelona chair was designed by Mies van der Rohe for the 1929 International Exhibition in Barcelona.

With its suave curves and attention to detail, this chair and ottoman unlike many other imitations on the market remains true to the perfectionist ideals of the Bauhaus movement, while feeling utterly luxurious.

This is a top quality reproduction handmade from the finest materials is barely indistinguishable from the original using top grade Stainless Steel for the frame at 32mm width and 12mm thick.
Tough support straps are double riveted into frame. The cushioning use Memory Foam and comfort topper with 100% full-grain Italian Aniline leather or 100% organic Cowhide
squares are carefully hand stitched.
