Iconic couriers to the North & South Islands (there is no dispatch on a Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on a weekend or Public Holiday will be delivered within 3 days from the following business morning. We will notify our customers if delivery is to take longer than 3 working days. If you are not happy to wait you are entitled to a refund. Some items will have specific shipping information; this will be displayed on the product page.
Returns and Refunds

iconic.co.nz is not able to provide refunds for Goods if you have changed your mind about your purchase or would like to cancel your order so please choose products carefully.
No refunds will be made for any other reason than damage. If the Goods that are delivered to you are faulty, defective or not what you ordered we will upon the return of such Goods, replace such Goods provided that such Goods are available or if such Goods are not available then we can refund you for the purchase price of the Goods. All Goods must be returned to us with all accessories and packaging within 14 days of receiving the Goods with a note giving us the reason for the return otherwise we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please ensure that these are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging and accessories).
