We do not accept American Express. Direct payment method can be used, contact us for details. All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST. If your credit card is declined by your financial institution we will not be able to guarantee delivery on the date or in the delivery window you selected and may contact you to make alternative delivery and payment arrangements.

Property and risk in the Goods passes to You upon delivery and payment of the Goods to the Delivery Address. If the Customer doesn't sign for delivery of the Goods, the Goods will be left at the delivery address and be deemed delivered at that time of day. The customer will be responsible to supply iconic.co.nz with delivery instructions such as Don't leave at front door or Signature required etc. We instruct our courier drivers to drop off the Goods at the delivery address if no instructions were given by the customer to do otherwise, the property and risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer's delivery address. "Goods" means Goods described in an Order and includes packaging.
iconic.co.nz holds the right to alter its policies relating to the return and refund of Goods at any time without any notice.The liability of iconic.co.nz for any loss, damage or injuries arising directly or indirectly from one of our Goods or for the non-compliance of any of our Goods or for any other reason shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the product. Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer returning the Goods. iconic.co.nz regrets that it is not able to accept returns of Goods if you decide you no longer want them or would like a different version of the same Good. Also unfortunately iconic.co.nz can not be responsible for minor differences in how Goods featured on our website may appear on your computer depending on the web browser you are using and the settings of your computer. You should ensure that you read the description of the Goods on the iconic.co.nz website thoroughly before placing an Order as iconic.co.nz can also not accept the return of Goods due to such technical issues. Please choose carefully as no refunds will be made for any other reason than damage. If the Goods that are delivered to you are faulty, defective or not what you ordered we will upon the return of such Goods, replace such Goods provided that such Goods are available or if such Goods are not available then we can refund you for the purchase price of the Goods. All Goods must be returned to us with all accessories and packaging within three weeks of receiving the Goods with a note giving us the reason for the return otherwise we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please ensure that these are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging and accessories).
